FULLY DIGITAL RECORD KEEPING: We are in the process of switching from paper documentation to fully electronic records. Our Caregivers will soon be utilizing our state of the art Mobile App. Our Mobile App will enable each Caregiver to have access to the Client’s Plan of Care, Health History, Medication List and all previous Care Notes recorded by our staff. The mobile App is HIPAA compliant and fully secure. The Mobile App will allow families to view these records from their computer at home or smart phone. Having access to these records electronically will improve the communication between all parties. Your doctors can be given access to these medical records, if appropriate and approval is granted. This will streamline the Long Term Care Insurance reimbursement process enabling our clients and their families to efficiently submit the required documents to reduce the time for their reimbursements.
